The Role of Your NDIS Plan Manager


Your NDIS Plan Manager is responsible for the financial management of your NDIS funds. This financial management is subsidised by an NDIS support budget known as “Improve Life Choice” and is part of your NDIS funding.

As your plan manager, May Plus will assist you by:


• Creating plan managed service bookings on the NDIS portal

• Managing your funds

• Working with your service provider to pay for the service you purchase from

• Providing you with a monthly statement

• Keeping your financial documents and sending you regular reports

• Processing your claims on the NDIS portal

• Assisting you to check and review your NDIS plan, budget and invoices

• Liaising with your providers to help you achieve your service goals.
